By accessing or using the Tattoo AI MSA mobile application (the "App") developed by Melih Anıl Aydın ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the App and any associated services, features, or tools provided. If you do not agree with any of the provisions set forth in these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.
Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates that may be made in the future. By using the App, you affirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you have the legal authority to accept and comply with these Terms. If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of a company, organization, or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Tattoo AI MSA mobile application on a compatible device solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license is granted to you as an end-user and does not convey any ownership or intellectual property rights in the App. All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with us or our licensors.
You agree that you will not use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
